In very rare case that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / Wrong product delivered, you should email us a camera clicked photos of the same product from all possible angles. You must email us at email@example.com within 48 hours (For electronics ) and within 5 days (for lifestyle) of receiving your order.
We would request you to send us mail for any return request on firstname.lastname@example.org with the details such as Order Code , Reason for returning the product , Photo of the Defected product which you intend to deliver back to us.
Our quality checking team will check the Authenticity of the defect.
Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange in terms of coupon code which can be redeemed for the purchase on our website only .If you do not want to place the order we shall provide you the refund for the defective order amount.
